So energized today for wedding #2 for the memorial day weekend. Congrats to Tracey and Daniel for trying the knot at The Doubletree Hotel in Philadelphia. Check out their engagement pictures we shot in Washington DC where the couple now resides.

First time I met Michelle and Charles aka CR, when I did their engagement session in Pasadena California back in January. Though originally from Maryland and a graduate of Temple University, Michelle is now based in Hollywood. She and CR work in the film industry.

We had so much fun shooting their engagement session at the beautiful Old Town Pasadena. And I am looking forward to document their wedding first at Michelle’s home parish at St. John’s Catholic Church in Westminster, MD then at their reception venue – The Boulder Ridge Lodge at Ski Liberty in Carrol Valley, PA.

Lauren and Matt are getting married today at St. Ignatius Loyola in Orrtanna, PA. Their wedding reception will follow at The Lodge at Blue Ridge Summit. Matt and Lauren both love the outdoors and they did an amazing job picking the venue for their wedding. The area has an amazing scenic view of the mountains…especially now that leaves are beginning to change colors. So excited to shoot at this wonderful place.

It’s going to be a hot day today for a wedding, but I would rather have that rather than rain. I am so excited to shoot Linda and Shawn’s wedding at Lauxmont Farms in Wrightsville, PA. A fun couple, just like what you see in these engagement photos we shot last fall season in Valley Forge Park in PA.

We first met Lori and Brian at LINDA AND JOE’S wedding in New Jersey last year. What a lovely couple! At our first consultation meeting, we immediately clicked and the next thing I know they are booking us for their wedding day. The will be tying the knot at THE INN AT LEOLA VILLAGE IN LANCASTER, PA on Thursday…yes, YAY for a thursday wedding! Got to tell you, this place is amazing. The Inn itself is one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to.

We shot their engagement session at Cape May and as you can see in their pictures, they had a blast. I remember, we almost postponed that shoot because I was supposed to shoot Lady Gaga’s concert that day. But hey, Lori and Brian’s shoot turned out to be a more fun shoot than shooting Lady Gaga. LOL

May is a big month for weddings for me. And Chip and Kristin’s Friday wedding was the start of a 3-day wedding weekend.

Since they wanted to see each other before the wedding ceremony at Grace Methodist Church in Wilmington, I set up their “first glimpse” inside this magnificent church. It was so dramatic that Chip broke down into tears, as he sees Kristin in that gorgeous wedding dress for the first time. Reception followed at the Hartefeld National.

And on that Sunday, I shot Karen and Kevin’s wedding –  my third wedding that weekend…wow, I was not sure why even at the end of that weekend, I was still so fired up shooting. And no, I was not on steroids…LOL. Just doing what I love to do. =)

…they are getting married this Saturday in Philadelphia, PA. This wedding will join two different cultures together- Filipino and Vietnamese. It’s going to be a blast!

I got to tell you, Chris and Tien are a fun couple to photograph. Full of energy and full of spirit! We laughed for the whole duration of the shoot…
