We advise clients to secure their wedding photography services as soon as their wedding date and venue are confirmed. A lead time of 12-18 months is generally recommended, particularly for peak season dates (May through October), to ensure our availability.

To officially secure your wedding date, we require a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer amounting to 50% of your chosen package investment. This retainer not only reserves your date but also guarantees our full dedication to your wedding day, as we operate on an exclusive, one-event-per-day policy.

Yes, we provide complimentary consultations via video conference. These sessions are designed to discuss your vision, address specific questions, and ensure our services align perfectly with your expectations.

II. Wedding Day Execution

Our distinctive style is characterized by candid, natural, journalistic, artistic, timeless,& dramatic. We are dedicated to capturing authentic moments and genuine emotions as they unfold naturally throughout your day, from grand celebrations to intimate details. While we provide thoughtful direction for formal portraits, our primary focus remains on unobtrusive documentation of your event.

While we do not strictly adhere to a rigid shot list (which can impede spontaneous capture), we respectfully request a list of essential family groupings for formal portraits to ensure efficient and complete coverage. When you fill out our “wedding timeline form” weeks before the wedding, you will see a section where you can tell us your group photos suggestions. We also encourage you to highlight any specific moments or details that hold particular significance for you.

Our packages offer varying durations of coverage, typically ranging from 5 to 10 hours. We recommend selecting a package that adequately covers the key events and moments you wish to have documented.

With over 20 years shooting weddings we are highly experienced in adapting to dynamic situations. We maintain comprehensive backup equipment and possess expertise in identifying suitable locations and optimizing light conditions irrespective of weather challenges. In cases of schedule delays, we collaborate closely with your wedding planner or coordinator to adjust the timeline, ensuring all essential moments are still captured.

Unconditionally. We always bring multiple professional camera bodies, a diverse array of lenses, external flash units, and ample supplies of batteries and memory cards to every wedding. The preservation of your memories is paramount.

III. Post-Wedding Processes

Yes, every single photo you receive undergoes professional, personally edited adjustments for color, exposure, contrast, and cropping to ensure they look their absolute best and align with my signature style. I meticulously review and enhance each image to deliver a cohesive and stunning final gallery that truly tells your wedding story.

We understand your anticipation. A curated sneak peek of 100-150 images will typically be delivered within 24-72 hours of your wedding day. Normally a surprise for you LOL

The full online gallery of your professionally edited high-resolution images will be provided within 6-8 weeks subject to our seasonal workload.

The total number of delivered images varies based on factors such as coverage duration, guest count, and the day's events. As a general guideline, clients can anticipate approximately 1,000 edited images. Our emphasis is on delivering a high-quality, thoughtfully curated collection rather than an excessive quantity.

Your final edited images will be delivered via 

1. Personalized USB included in our “surprise” GIFT box 

2. A secure, private online gallery. This platform allows for convenient viewing, high-resolution downloading, sharing capabilities, and direct ordering of prints.

Yes, we firmly believe in the enduring value of tangible memories. We offer a selection of premium prints, museum-quality canvases, and exquisitely designed custom wedding albums. These can be ordered directly through your online gallery, or you may contact us for further details. If your package has a main album you will receive a 14X11, 60 sides elegant wedding album. Email us if you want to see photos of this actual beautiful album.

Absolutely. We encourage you to share your images with friends and family. We kindly request that you provide appropriate credit by using Photo by Ron Soliman or on Instagram by using @ronsoliman when posting.

All of your delivered images undergo our comprehensive professional editing process, which encompasses color correction, exposure optimization, and basic retouching to enhance their natural beauty. Extensive or highly specialized retouching requests (e.g., removal of large objects, significant body modifications) may be subject to an additional fee.

IV. General Information

Yes, we carry comprehensive liability insurance. We are able to provide a certificate of insurance upon request, as often required by venues.

In the extremely rare event that I am incapacitated and unable to fulfill my commitment on your wedding day, I maintain a robust network of trusted and equally professional photographers whom I can call upon to serve as a replacement. Your day will be covered. To be honest, I’ve been doing this for the last 20 years and I’ve never used anyone to replace me.

Yes, we are passionate about documenting weddings in diverse locales. We have experience photographing weddings from Italy to Africa, we will go anywhere for you.  Please inquire for a customized quote, I may even waive my travel fees if we love the destination 😉
