Liberty Warehouse Wedding – I had the pleasure of documenting the wedding of Bridgette and Luke this weekend – and I must say it was one of the most beautiful and memorable weddings I have ever documented. The day started out sunny and bright in the middle of summer, but a sudden big storm interrupted the outdoor ceremony at the Liberty Warehouse in Brooklyn New York. Guests and the bride and groom had to run for shelter, but the “photojournalist” in me kicked in and I didn’t mind getting soaked in order to continue documenting the amazing scene.
But as they say, there’s always a rainbow after every storm – and sure enough, a few minutes after the storm had passed, a stunning rainbow appeared in the sky. It was a magical moment, and a sign that nothing could stop the beautiful celebration for this amazing couple. I was so impressed with all the wedding vendors, from the wedding planner to the florists and decorators, to the musicians and entertainers, to the staff at the Liberty Warehouse who managed to clean up and dry the chairs so quickly and turn the ceremony area into something perfect. The delay on the wedding ceremony was a blessing in disguise, as it gave the bride and groom and their guests a beautiful view of the sun setting behind the Statue of Liberty and the New York City skyline. They were treated to a stunning display of colors as the sky lit up in oranges and pinks, while the cityscape glowed in the background as they are saying their vows. This magical moment was a perfect backdrop to a special day, and it was something that none of them would ever forget.
The wedding reception was nothing short of breathtaking. The decor was absolutely stunning, and the dancing and entertainment kept everyone on their feet, having a great time. Everyone was so happy for the newlyweds, and the atmosphere was filled with joy and love. Bridgette and Luke were so thrilled to be surrounded by their closest family and friends, and the night was a perfect celebration of their love.
Thank you Bridgette and Luke for allowing me to be a part of your special day and capture all the beautiful moments. From the happy tears to the heartfelt speeches, I felt so honored to witness such a beautiful union. I know you both will have a wonderful life together and I wish you all the best in your marriage. You two look so happy and in love and I am so excited to see what the future holds for you. Congratulations guys!
Congratulations to Lisha and Alvin!
It was the first time I’ve witnessed and documented an Indian Orthodox Wedding. The ceremony was very solemn and beautiful! Check out these Sneak Peek images from Lisha and Alvin’s wedding at the Cathedral Basilica….
